Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment’s North­east De­tect­ives Di­vi­sion is seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in loc­at­ing the fol­low­ing most-wanted sus­pects in con­nec­tion with crimes in the North­east:

• Kyle Bob, 31, is wanted for burg­lary and re­lated of­fenses.

On Oct. 25 at about 11:30 a.m., Bob al­legedly ar­rived at the home of a wo­man ac­quaint­ance and de­man­ded that he be per­mit­ted to enter, but the wo­man re­fused, prompt­ing Bob to kick in the door. Once in­side, Bob al­legedly threw the wo­man against a wall, placed a pock­etknife against her throat and threatened to kill her.

The wo­man broke free, fled the house and summoned po­lice. After Bob fled, the vic­tim re­turned to the house to dis­cov­er that un­spe­cified per­son­al prop­erty had been stolen, po­lice said.

Bob is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the 5900 block of Tulip St.

• Yolan­da Fife, 44, is wanted for ag­grav­ated as­sault and re­lated of­fenses.

On April 4 at about 7 p.m., Fife and a wo­man ac­quaint­ance were in­side the wo­man’s res­id­ence when they began to quar­rel. Fife al­legedly at­tacked the oth­er wo­man with a pair of scis­sors and punched her re­peatedly in the face and head.

The vic­tim suffered cuts and bruises to her face, head, hands and arms and was hos­pit­al­ized for treat­ment. Fife fled the scene.

Fife is also known as Yolan­da Murch­is­on. She is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and, in a pri­or ar­rest photo, had blond hair, al­though her nat­ur­al hair col­or is black or brown. She is known to fre­quent the area of 2700 Rhawn St.

• Isha­kee Palmero, 19, is wanted for ag­grav­ated as­sault and re­lated of­fenses.

On Sept. 17, Palmero and two un­known men al­legedly at­tacked a land­lord who had evicted a re­l­at­ive of Palmero’s from a res­id­ence on the 4100 block of Paul St. The in­cid­ent oc­curred out­side the res­id­ence, dur­ing which Palmero al­legedly used a shovel to smash the win­dows of the land­lord’s car. Palmero then beat the land­lord in the face and head with the shovel as the two un­known men punched the vic­tim, po­lice said.

The three at­tack­ers fled the scene on foot.

Palmero is 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 155 pounds. Po­lice did not spe­cify her eth­ni­city. She has brown hair, brown eyes and tat­toos of “Isha­kee” on her right fore­arm, “Yolan­da” on her left wrist and un­spe­cified ini­tials on her right hand. She is known to fre­quent the area of 2200 N. Sev­enth St.

• Al­phonse (a.k.a. Al­phonso) Rome, 22, is wanted for rob­bery and re­lated of­fenses.

On March 7 at about 10:40 p.m., Rome al­legedly at­tacked a man out­side an apart­ment build­ing in the area of Wood­haven and Bar­bary roads. Rome punched the vic­tim in the face, poin­ted a hand­gun at him and struck him in the head with the weapon, be­fore steal­ing jew­elry and pre­scrip­tion med­ic­a­tion from the vic­tim, po­lice said.

Rome, who is also known as “Juvy,” is black, 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the area of the 3100 block of Wood­haven Road.

• Isai­ah Vasquez, 15, is wanted for rob­bery and re­lated of­fenses.

On Nov. 24 at about 9:15 p.m., Vasquez al­legedly ap­proached a male ac­quaint­ance on the 500 block of Adams Ave., in­formed him he needed to make a phone call and asked to bor­row the ac­quaint­ance’s cell phone. Once Vasquez had pos­ses­sion of the phone, he re­fused to re­turn it to the own­er, po­lice said. As the own­er re­peatedly asked him to re­turn it, Vasquez al­legedly punched the ac­quaint­ance re­peatedly in the face, knocked him to the ground and threatened to as­sault him again if he re­por­ted the rob­bery to po­lice. Vasquez then fled the scene on foot.

Vasquez is His­pan­ic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to fre­quent the area of 600 Adams Ave.
