The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Kyle Bob, 31, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.
On Oct. 25 at about 11:30 a.m., Bob allegedly arrived at the home of a woman acquaintance and demanded that he be permitted to enter, but the woman refused, prompting Bob to kick in the door. Once inside, Bob allegedly threw the woman against a wall, placed a pocketknife against her throat and threatened to kill her.
The woman broke free, fled the house and summoned police. After Bob fled, the victim returned to the house to discover that unspecified personal property had been stolen, police said.
Bob is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the 5900 block of Tulip St.
• Yolanda Fife, 44, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On April 4 at about 7 p.m., Fife and a woman acquaintance were inside the woman’s residence when they began to quarrel. Fife allegedly attacked the other woman with a pair of scissors and punched her repeatedly in the face and head.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises to her face, head, hands and arms and was hospitalized for treatment. Fife fled the scene.
Fife is also known as Yolanda Murchison. She is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and, in a prior arrest photo, had blond hair, although her natural hair color is black or brown. She is known to frequent the area of 2700 Rhawn St.
• Ishakee Palmero, 19, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.
On Sept. 17, Palmero and two unknown men allegedly attacked a landlord who had evicted a relative of Palmero’s from a residence on the 4100 block of Paul St. The incident occurred outside the residence, during which Palmero allegedly used a shovel to smash the windows of the landlord’s car. Palmero then beat the landlord in the face and head with the shovel as the two unknown men punched the victim, police said.
The three attackers fled the scene on foot.
Palmero is 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 155 pounds. Police did not specify her ethnicity. She has brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos of “Ishakee” on her right forearm, “Yolanda” on her left wrist and unspecified initials on her right hand. She is known to frequent the area of 2200 N. Seventh St.
• Alphonse (a.k.a. Alphonso) Rome, 22, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On March 7 at about 10:40 p.m., Rome allegedly attacked a man outside an apartment building in the area of Woodhaven and Barbary roads. Rome punched the victim in the face, pointed a handgun at him and struck him in the head with the weapon, before stealing jewelry and prescription medication from the victim, police said.
Rome, who is also known as “Juvy,” is black, 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the area of the 3100 block of Woodhaven Road.
• Isaiah Vasquez, 15, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.
On Nov. 24 at about 9:15 p.m., Vasquez allegedly approached a male acquaintance on the 500 block of Adams Ave., informed him he needed to make a phone call and asked to borrow the acquaintance’s cell phone. Once Vasquez had possession of the phone, he refused to return it to the owner, police said. As the owner repeatedly asked him to return it, Vasquez allegedly punched the acquaintance repeatedly in the face, knocked him to the ground and threatened to assault him again if he reported the robbery to police. Vasquez then fled the scene on foot.
Vasquez is Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the area of 600 Adams Ave.
