Light­ning’s own­er died, and now this neutered, 3-year-old male cat needs a new home. He likes oth­er cats and chil­dren.

The cat is avail­able for ad­op­tion at the Wo­men’s Hu­mane So­ci­ety, at 3839 Rich­lieu Road in Ben­s­alem. His tag num­ber is 3430. Ad­op­tion hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tues­days, Thursdays, Fri­days and Sat­urdays and 1 to 7 p.m. on Wed­nes­days.

You and Mee­sha

Mee­sha is a beau­ti­ful fe­male ter­ri­er or lab-mix who is liv­ing at ACCT in Phil­adelphia. She is 1 to 2 years old and has done very well in eval­u­ations. She has a dark gray and white coat and is me­di­um sized. She is play­ful and gets along well with the dogs at the shel­ter.

Carly wants to join the crowd

Carly is a 1-year old sweet and gentle calico (along with her sis­ter Candy). Both would love to go home to­geth­er and be loved to­geth­er. Carly is spayed, de­clawed, up to date on shots and has tested neg­at­ive for the fe­line im­mun­ode­fi­ciency and leuk­emia vir­uses.

Cameo is a friendly, 2-year-old fe­male tor­toise­shell mix avail­able for ad­op­tion at the North­east An­im­al Res­cue. The cat is very mel­low and loves to be pet. She gets along well with oth­er cats. She is up to date on shots and spayed, and has tested neg­at­ive for the fe­line im­mun­ode­fi­ciency and leuk­emia vir­uses.
