Northeast residents know that the holidays are around the corner when the Mayfair-Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade steps off along Frankford Avenue. Sunday’s 35th edition was as colorful and jam-packed as ever, highlighted by floats, bands, school groups, business organizations and local luminaries.
