Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment’s North­east De­tect­ives Di­vi­sion is seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in loc­at­ing the fol­low­ing most-wanted sus­pects in con­nec­tion with crimes in the North­east:

• Vic­tor D’Alf­onso, 24, of the 6600 block of Al­gard St., for ag­grav­ated as­sault, un­law­ful re­straint, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment, cruelty to an­im­als and re­lated of­fenses.

On Nov. 15 at about 3 p.m., D’Alf­onso al­legedly entered the home of a re­l­at­ive and began ar­guing with the seni­or wo­man. He then at­tacked the wo­man by grabbing her by the throat and chok­ing her, po­lice said.

D’Alf­onso al­legedly re­leased the wo­man, then at­tacked her pet dog, chok­ing it un­til its leash broke. He fur­ther punched the wo­man in the face and chest un­til she col­lapsed to the floor, po­lice said.

The sus­pect is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

• Blair De­Marco, 48, of the 100 block of Lo­ney St. in Rockledge, for burg­lary, tres­passing, as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment and har­ass­ment.

On Sept. 12 at about 2 p.m., De­Marco al­legedly broke in­to the home of a fe­male ac­quaint­ance on the 1000 block of Her­bert St. by for­cing open the front door. The door struck the vic­tim in the head, knock­ing her to the ground and caus­ing bruises. De­Marco al­legedly spit on the vic­tim sev­er­al times then left the prop­erty.

De­Marco is white, 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

• Eli Mc­Cutchen, 22, of the 1300 block of Ridge Ave., for ag­grav­ated as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment and re­lated of­fenses.

On June 8 at about 9 p.m., Mc­Cutchen was in­car­cer­ated at the De­ten­tion Cen­ter at 8101 State Road when he al­legedly at­tacked a cor­rec­tions of­ficer by char­ging at him and throw­ing a punch at him. Po­lice did not spe­cify any in­jur­ies that might have res­ul­ted from the in­cid­ent.

Mc­Cutchen is black, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and tat­toos on the backs of both hands, his right wrist and his right fore­arm.

• Mar­celles Hobbs, 23, of the 5900 block of Shisler St., for burg­lary, tres­passing and theft.

On May 16, a man re­turned to his home on the 5900 block of Belden St., to dis­cov­er that the res­id­ence had been burg­lar­ized. A semi-auto­mat­ic rifle, an Apple iPad and an Apple laptop com­puter were re­por­ted miss­ing. De­tect­ives later found evid­ence al­legedly link­ing Hobbs to the break-in. 

Hobbs is black, 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

• Steven Samuels, 30, of the 3400 block of Red Li­on Road, for ag­grav­ated as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment and re­lated of­fenses.

On June 16 at about 1 p.m., Samuels al­legedly at­tacked a fe­male ac­quaint­ance as they ar­gued in­side a car on the 3900 block of Mor­rell Ave. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, Samuels stopped the car and pushed the wo­man out the pas­sen­ger door. When she re-entered the car, Samuels al­legedly choked her and punched her throughout her body, caus­ing scratches to her fore­head and cuts to her hands and ankles. The wo­man then fled the car.

Samuels is black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has worn a mous­tache and full beard.
