Police seek help in finding Rite-Aid robber

Phil­adelphia po­lice are seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in identi­fy­ing a masked gun­man who robbed the Rite Aid phar­macy on the 6400 block of Ox­ford Ave. on Aug. 3.

The heist oc­curred at 2:16 a.m. when the ban­dit burst in­to the store, poin­ted a sil­ver hand­gun at two clerks and de­man­ded cash from the re­gister.

The em­ploy­ees gave him about $250. The sus­pect then fled.

No in­jur­ies were re­por­ted.

The rob­ber is de­scribed as black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds.

His age is un­known.

He had a white sleeve­less T-shirt wrapped over part of his face and wore light blue jeans.
