Northeast names
most-wanted suspects

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following five most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes linked to the Northeast.
• Aaron Adams, 33, of the 2600 block of Dewey St., for robbery.
On April 30, Adams allegedly approached a woman on the 2200 block of Margaret St. and asked her for money. When the victim told him that she didn’t have any money, Adams allegedly grabbed her by the neck and punched her numerous times in the face and stomach.
Adams is black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 320 pounds. He has black hair, but has worn a shaved head, and brown eyes.
• Silas Carr, 19, of the 1200 block of S. 21st St., for robbery.
On Jan. 19, Carr allegedly was one of two men who took a jacket from a male victim on the 8100 block of State Road. Carr and an accomplice simply walked up to the victim and demanded his jacket, police say. Carr allegedly struck the victim numerous times in the face and ripped the jacket from him.
Carr is black, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 225 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• James Lundy, 37, of the 8400 block of Bustleton Ave., for aggravated assault.
On Feb. 3, Lundy allegedly broke into a residence on the 900 block of Bridge St. through the front door, walked upstairs to a bedroom and stabbed the woman resident twice in the leg. The woman was hospitalized for treatment.
Lundy is black, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 235 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Kyree Payne, 29, of the 700 block of Landis St., for aggravated assault.
On May 11, Payne allegedly attacked his girlfriend in their residence, punching her numerous times and burning her on the neck and shoulder with a hot curling iron.
Payne is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Elliott Rojas, 26, of the 7200 block of Rupert St., for aggravated assault.
On Aug. 26, 2006, Rojas allegedly attacked another man from his block as the two argued. Rojas punched the victim, causing him to fall to the ground and strike his head, police said. The victim suffered bleeding of the brain and was hospitalized in critical condition. The argument allegedly began when Rojas’ girlfriend rode an all-terrain vehicle in the victim’s driveway.
Rojas is Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He sometimes wears eyeglasses and has a tattoo on his upper right arm.
