2nd Police District
o Police received reports of 29 robberies in the district during the period, including 19 that occurred on local streets. The locations were 7300 Ruppert St. (June 9), 6600 Rising Sun Ave. (June 10), 6300 Bingham St. (June 13), 6100 Colgate St. (June 16), 6400 Oakley St. (June 19), 1100 St. Vincent St. (June 20), 500 Rosalie St. (June 17), 6400 Oakley St. (June 18), 6600 Oxford Ave. (June 14), 7200 Bustleton Ave. (June 9), 7200 Oakland St. (June 11), 7800 Horrocks St. (June 13), 1200 McKinley St. (June 18), 600 Robbins St. (June 19), 1200 Greeby St. (June 19), 6500 Summerdale Ave. (June 19), 1400 Oakmont St. (June 22) and 6700 Souder St. (June 18).
o There were eight commercial robberies at 6500 Castor Ave. (June 16), 5700 Roosevelt Blvd. (June 18 and 21), 6400 Castor Ave. (June 20), 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (June 10), 2300 Cottman Ave. (June 14 and 21) and 6000 Oxford Ave. (June 20). A bank robbery occurred at 2000 Cottman Ave. on June 13 and a carjacking at 5900 Lawndale Ave. on June 13.
o Among 16 aggravated assaults, half occurred inside residences at 500 Allengrove St. (June 20), 500 Alcott St. (June 12 and 13), 7900 Dungan Road (June 20), 1400 Elbridge St. (June 21), 1800 Cottman Ave. (June 11), 6400 Montour St. (June 14) and 6900 Lynford St. (June 20).
o Eight aggravated assaults were reported on local streets including 7600 Verree Road (June 13), 500 Cheltenham Ave. (June 9), 6000 Alma St. (June 12), 6200 Oakley St. (June 14), 5800 Hasbrook Ave. (June 15), 2300 Cottman Ave. (June 19), 7100 Saul St. (June 20) and 400 Cottman Ave. (June 13).
o Seventeen burglaries were reported including 14 involving residences at 1100 Princeton Ave. (June 10), 600 E. Godfrey Ave. (June 11), 6600 Castor Ave. (June 16), 6900 Sylvester St. (June 18), 6600 Claridge St. (June 22), 6500 Bustleton Ave. (June 22), 7300 Dorcas St. (June 9), 5900 Frontenac St. (June 12), 500 E. Godfrey Ave (June 19), 700 Magee Ave. (June 22), 1000 Kerper St. (June 18), 6900 Oakland St. (June 14), 1100 Devereaux Ave. (June 10) and 1800 Glendale Ave. (June 12).
o Three additional burglaries occurred in a commercial property at 5700 Rising Sun Ave. (June 11), on the street at 1200 Magee Ave. (June 14) and in a school at 5400 E. Tabor Ave (June 9).
o Among 134 thefts reported in the district were 38 at commercial or retail businesses, 17 on local streets including five involving bicycles, nine at residences including one involving a bicycle and one at a school. Also, there were 34 vehicle thefts, 29 thefts from vehicles and seven thefts of vehicle tags reported during the period.
7th Police District
o Four robberies were reported in the district, including three on local streets at Bustleton Avenue and Benson Street (June 12), Strahle Street and Verree Road (June 18) and 400 Tomlinson Road (June 18). A robbery occurred in a residence at 13000 Blakeslee Drive on June 13.
o Among four aggravated assaults reported were two on local streets at 700 Rhawn St. (June 15) and 10000 Verree Road (June 22), along with two in residences at 200 Ridgeway St. (June 20) and 9900 Haldeman Ave. (June 19).
o All 11 burglaries reported to police occurred in residences at 1900 Witler St. (June 11), 1900 King Arthur Road (June 16), 8500 Verree Road (June 20), 600 Parlin St. (June 10), 8700 Verree Road (June 19), 10000 Jeanes St. (June 9 and 15), 1800 Welsh Road (June 17), 200 Erica St. (June 17), 13000 Blakeslee Drive (June 21) and 13500 Bustleton Ave. (June 22).
o Fifty-six thefts were reported in the district during the period, including nine at retail or commercial businesses, seven on local streets (one involving a bicycle), five at residences, two in schools and one at another undisclosed location. There were 16 vehicle thefts, 12 thefts from vehicles and four thefts of vehicle tags.
8th Police District
o Robberies were reported at six locations, including three on local streets at 8000 Torresdale Ave. (June 22), Rowland Avenue and Welsh Road (June 11) and 3400 Kirkwood St. (June 20). Two robberies occurred at retail stores on the unit block of Franklin Mills Boulevard (June 15) and 9900 Frankford Ave. (June 21). Another robbery involving an undisclosed type of location occurred at 2500 Grant Ave. on June 16.
o There were 10 aggravated assaults reported to police. Six occurred in city prisons on State Road on June 12, 14, 16 and 19 (three times). Aggravated assaults occurred on local streets three times at Grant Avenue and Academy Road (June 10), 3700 President St. (June 12) and 8000 Frankford Ave. (June 12). An aggravated assault inside a residence was reported at 4400 Aubrey Ave. on June 21.
o Fifteen burglaries were reported, including 13 involving residences at 9000 Ashton Road (June 9), 3500 Primrose Road (June 16), 8100 Ditman St. (June 15), 4500 Enfield Ave. (June 17), 3200 Rhett Road (June 15), 8000 Rowland Ave. (June 16), 2900 Secane Drive (June 16), 3200 Brookdale Road (June 18), 8000 Erdrick St. (June 20), 8100 Frankford Ave. (June 11), 10200 Keswick Road (June 19), 8200 Ditman St. (June 20) and 2700 Willits Road (June 20). Additional burglaries occurred at a recreation facility at 3300 Mechanicsville Road (June 14) and at a secured outdoor facility at 11700 Roosevelt Blvd. (June 10).
o Among 79 thefts reported to police, 21 were at commercial or retail businesses, seven occurred on local streets, including two involving bicycles, and two were at residences. There were 23 vehicle thefts, 24 thefts from vehicles and two thefts of vehicle tags during the period.
15th Police District
o There were 35 robberies reported in the district, including 30 that occurred on local streets. The locations were 6300 Brous Ave. (June 15), 7700 Jackson St. (June 16), 6800 Cottage St. (June 18), 4300 Melrose St. (June 19), 2900 Cottman Ave. (June 19), Hellerman and Walker streets (June 20), an undisclosed block of Cheltenham Avenue (June 20), 1500 Pratt St. (June 21), 4800 Frankford Ave. (June 17), 4900 Frankford Ave. (June 20), 1100 Bridge St. (June 13), 1000 Pratt St. (June 9), 1300 E. Wyoming Ave. (June 10), 7500 Battersby St. (June 13), 4200 Orchard St. (June 15), 7100 Vandike St. (June 15), 6300 Torresdale Ave. (June 15), 6700 Frankford Ave. (June 15), 1600 Bridge St. (June 17), 4200 Frankford Ave. (June 17), 5800 Torresdale Ave. (June 19), 4100 Frankford Ave. (June 20), 2000 Orthodox St. (June 20), 4000 Cheltenham Ave. (June 20), Bridge and Thompson streets (June 21), Cottman Avenue and Leon Street (June 21), 7200 Brous Ave. (June 21), 1700 Bridge St. (June 21), and an undisclosed block of Unruh Avenue (June 22) and an undisclosed block of Torresdale Avenue (June 16).
o Four additional robberies involving residences occurred at 900 Arrott St. (June 10), 4300 Tackawanna St. (June 11), 4400 Comly St. (June 11) and 2800 Stevens St. (June 19), along with a retail store robbery at 6000 Harbison Ave. on June 20.
o Police received reports of 33 aggravated assaults, 22 of which occurred on local streets at 1400 Cheltenham Ave. (June 19), 4700 Penn St. (June 21), 4500 Vankirk St. (June 22), 5100 Horrocks St. (June 10), 4700 Charles Terrace (June 15), 1500 Adams Ave. (twice on June 17), 1300 Fillmore St. (June 18), 4100 Magee Ave. (June 20), 4000 Comly St. (June 20), 4500 Levick St. (June 21), 1300 Adams Ave. (June 22), 5100 Frankford Ave. (June 11), Shelmire Avenue and Cottage Street (June 11), 1600 Margaret St. (June 11), 5200 Harbison Ave. (June 18), Salmon and Kirkbride streets (June 21), 1600 Granite St. (twice on June 22), 4900 Griscom St. (June 12), 3400 Shelmire Ave. (June 15) and 7100 Jackson St. (June 17).
o Nine aggravated assaults occurred inside residences at 4700 Tackawanna St. (June 15), 4200 Frankford Ave. (June 10), 1600 Orthodox St. (June 12), 1600 Granite St. (June 22), 2000 Granite St. (June 13), 6600 Tulip St. (three times on June 10) and 4900 Penn St. (June 20). Other aggravated assaults were reported in a medical facility at 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (June 12) and in a school at 4900 Oxford Ave. (June 12).
o There were 38 burglaries reported, including 30 that occurred inside residences. The locations were 1600 Brill St. (June 10), 4200 Salem St. (June 13), 7200 Glenloch St. (June 14), 1200 Pratt St. (June 14), 6300 Torresdale Ave. (June 16), 4700 Richmond St. (June 17), 4300 Edgemont St. (June 18), 7000 Ditman St. (June 18), 4700 Vista St. (June 19), 5800 Torresdale Ave (June 21), 4500 Hedge St. (June 21), 2100 Shallcross St. (June 21), 6000 Hegerman St. (June 22), 5200 Burton St. (June 12), 3400 Tyson Ave. (June 13), 1300 Foulkrod St. (June 22), 1300 Arrott St. (June 9), 5800 Torresdale Ave. (June 21), 2000 Margaret St. (June 9), 4600 Hedge St. (June 11), 2100 Kennedy St. (June 13), 2000 Carver St. (June 15), 3400 Englewood St. (June 16), 7300 Brous Ave. (June 14), 1700 Bridge St. (June 15), 5400 Marsden St. (June 19), 6200 Frankford Ave. (June 9), 4000 Meridian St. (June 11), 4900 Comly St. (June 10) and 7200 Keystone St. (June 16).
o Four burglaries were reported in retail or commercial businesses at 5200 Frankford Ave. (June 17), 7100 Edmund St. (June 14), 2900 Hedley St. (June 19) and 4900 Frankford Ave. (June 13), along with three involving outdoor properties at 7900 State Road (June 16), 1000 Fillmore St. (June 22) and 5300 Tacony St. (June 16). A burglary of an unspecified type of property occurred at 1300 Adams Ave. on June 17.
o Police received reports of 186 thefts in the district during the period. Thirty-six occurred on local streets and included four bicycle thefts. There were also 17 retail thefts, 17 thefts at residences, one theft at a school and four thefts in unspecified buildings. There were 64 vehicle thefts, 38 thefts from vehicles and nine thefts of vehicle tags reported. ••
