Club honors
fallen rider

More than 50 members of the Renegade Pigs Motorcycle Club memorialized a former member last week by riding from York to Cancer Treatment Centers of America and donating $3,000 to charity.
The Pigs and Piglets (wives and girlfriends of members) raised money for Assistance in Healthcare, an organization that assists individuals and their families by providing grants to help lessen the non-medical financial burden incurred during illness.
The visitors were met by CTCA president and CEO John McNeill.
The ride was in memory of R.J. Mehring, a York police officer who died of liver cancer at age 53. He was treated at the CTCA campus at 1331 E. Wyoming Ave. ••
