most-wanted suspects

The Philadelphia Police Departments Northeast Detectives division is seeking the publics help in locating these suspects in connection with crimes linked to the Northeast.
o Rashonda Burch, 21, of the 4200 block of "O" St., for knifepoint robbery.
On Jan. 30, 2006, Burch allegedly pulled a knife on someone on the 8900 block of Frankford Ave. and robbed the person of $200 cash. Burch allegedly robbed the same victim of about $200 on Jan. 2, 2006. Burch is considered armed and dangerous. She is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
o Felix Cruz, 25, of the 3000 block of Water St., for stealing a gun.
On Jan. 10, Cruz allegedly stole a handgun from a woman who had let him stay at her home on the 6200 block of Kindred St. The victim told police that she confronted Cruz, who refused to return the weapon and fled as the woman called 911.
Cruz is considered armed and dangerous. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
o Donzie Devero, age unknown, of the 4100 block of N. Eighth St., for three burglaries.
On March 20, a resident of the 6100 block of Reach St. allegedly saw Devero force open the basement door of a neighbors house. As the witness called 911, the suspect fled on foot. Police found two other houses in the immediate area with signs of forced entry. Police recovered fingerprints matching Deveros from all three residences.
Devero is black and in his 40s. He has black hair and brown eyes.
o Collins Eubanks, age unknown, of the 3900 block of N. "D" St., for illegally acquiring handguns through straw purchases.
On Jan. 14, 2007, Eubanks allegedly enlisted another man to buy two 9 mm semi-automatic pistols at a gun show at the Pennsylvania U.S. Army National Guard Armory, at Roosevelt Boulevard and Southampton Road. Police later recovered one of the illegally purchased guns, but the whereabouts of the other gun and Eubanks are unknown.
Eubanks is considered armed and dangerous. He is black and in his 20s. He has black hair and brown eyes.
o Na-El Reddy, 23, of the 2400 block of N. Opal St., for assaulting a woman and threatening her with a gun.
On April 13, Reddy and a woman argued on the 6000 block of Agusta St. Reddy allegedly hit the woman in the face numerous times and injured her lip. When the victim tried to escape, Reddy allegedly pulled a gun on her and threatened to shoot her. The suspect fled before police arrived.
Reddy is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
