LCA unanimously approves
of health center
The Lawncrest Community Association last week gave its unanimous blessing to a bid by Cardone Industries to build a health center on its property.
Cardone, which remanufactures automotive products, wants to build the structure on its campus at 5600 Tabor Road, in a lot behind Allengrove Street.
The building would house a doctor and a nurse practitioner supplied by Holy Redeemer Health System. The health care would be available for Cardone employees.
The company hopes to win official approval to build during an April 9 hearing in front of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
