most-wanted suspects

The Philadelphia Police Departments Northeast Detectives division is seeking the publics help in locating the following five most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes linked to the Northeast.
Northeast Detectives updates the list every four weeks and releases information about each suspect to the Northeast Times.
Thomas Baxter, 35, of the 9100 block of Roosevelt Blvd., for burglary.
On April 2, 2007, Baxter allegedly broke into a residence on the 7300 block of Montour St. and stole $400 cash and credit cards. There was no sign of forced entry. At a later date, someone attempted to use a stolen card at an ATM. Investigators identified Baxter by way of surveillance photos at the ATM.
Baxter is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes, along with tattoos on the right chest and upper right arm.
Ronnie Jenkins, 38, of the 200 block of Arch St. or the 4800 block of N. Second St., for armed robbery.
On April 27, 2007, Jenkins allegedly pulled a gun on employees of a McDonalds restaurant at 5948 Oxford Ave. as they tried to lock a door to the business. Jenkins fled when the victims notified additional employees inside that they were being robbed. One victim identified Jenkins as a local resident.
Jenkins is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Phillip McCoy, a.k.a. Phillip McCode, 32, of the 5000 block of Master St., for attempted murder.
On Feb. 3, at about 2:15 a.m., McCoy was inside the Platinum bar at 4401 Torresdale Ave. when a fight broke out during which he and several females were ordered to leave the bar, police said. Moments after McCoy allegedly threatened to shoot the place up, gunfire erupted. At least one man was wounded. He called 911 as the suspect fled the area. The victim survived the shooting.
McCoy is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black and partially gray hair and brown eyes.
Jamee Robinson, 23, of the 12500 block of Knights Terrace, for aggravated assault.
On Dec. 24, Robinson allegedly saw his ex-girlfriend with another man inside a bar on the 2400 block of Welsh Road, pulled a knife and stabbed the man five times. The victim was taken to a local hospital, treated and released.
Robinson is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Joseph Williams, 28, of the 400 block of Kerper St. or the 5500 block of Oxford Ave., for firearms violations.
On March 30, 2007, at about 7 p.m., police in the 15th district responding to a radio call of a person with a gun at an undisclosed location found a 12-year-old girl wounded in the right arm and side. She was taken to an area hospital, treated and released.
Police later spotted a 1997 Oldsmobile allegedly seen leaving the scene of the shooting and investigated. Inside the car, they allegedly found a gun belonging to Williams.
Williams is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 270 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
