fight cystic fibrosis

A benefit for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Delaware Valley chapter will take place on Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to midnight at St. William parish hall, at Argyle and Robbins streets.
The benefit is being coordinated by sisters April and Jamie Lynne Harvey and their family. The two young Mayfair women have cystic fibrosis.
This is the 17th year that the Harvey family has organized a benefit. The first one followed the death of April and Jamie Lynne’s 9-year-old cousin, Jennifer, who had cystic fibrosis.
Tickets cost $40 and are available at the door. There will be an open bar, buffet, door prizes and a DJ. Money will also be raised through a 50-50, a Chinese auction and chances for a basket of cheer.
