Northeast names
most-wanted suspects

The Philadelphia Police Departments Northeast Detectives are seeking the publics help in locating the following five most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes linked to the Northeast.
Northeast Detectives plans to update the list every four weeks and release information about each suspect to the Northeast Times.
Suetlana Abroua, 39, of the 13000 block of Blakeslee St., for burglary and related charges.
On Jan. 5, 2007, Abroua allegedly forced her way into a home on the 400 block of Tomlinson Road and stole a fur coat, china and paintings valued at about $3,000. She is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has red or auburn hair and blue eyes.
Tyrus Cherry, 39, of the 2000 block of N. Howard St., for armed robbery and related charges.
On April 23, 2007, Cherry allegedly stopped a man at Frankford Avenue and Pratt Street and asked for directions. During the exchange, Cherry allegedly put a knife to the mans neck, stole $300 from his pockets and fled. Cherry is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 6 feet tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Earl McIntosh, 19, of the 4600 block of Naples St., for armed robbery and related charges.
On Oct. 18, 2007, McIntosh allegedly entered the Radio Shack at 4501 Castor Ave., pointed a gun at a clerk and took $380 cash from the register. McIntosh is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and tattoos on his right hand, right forearm and left wrist.
Rene Picardo, 25, of the 6300 block of Edmund St., for aggravated assault, burglary and related crimes.
On Nov. 19, 2007, Picardo allegedly broke into the home of a former girlfriend on the 5900 block of Frontenac St., pointed a gun at the woman and threatened to kill her. Picardo is considered armed and dangerous. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
Jonathan Tirado, 19, of the 2100 block of E. Cambria St., for burglary and related charges.
On Sept. 11, 2007, Tirado allegedly forced his way into a home on the 6500 block of Rising Sun Ave. and stole a handgun and various other items. Tirado is considered armed and dangerous. He is Hispanic, 6 feet tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
