Suspect sought
in bank robbery

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the individual who robbed a Citizen’s Bank branch at 8423 Frankford Ave. in Holmesburg.
The robbery took place last Thursday, Oct. 11, at 9:08 a.m.
The man entered the bank, approached the teller window and gave the teller a demand note for money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash from a teller, he left the bank and fled through the parking lot toward Walker Street.
The suspect is white, in his early to mid-30s, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a husky or heavy build and a ruddy or rough complexion. He was wearing dark sunglasses, a black Phillies baseball cap, a white dress shirt and necktie and dark pants and was carrying a dark jacket.
The man may also be responsible for a robbery of the same bank on Sept. 13.
