Setting things straight . . .

A photo caption in last week’s Times incorrectly stated that 13 million dinners for frail or elderly shut-ins have been prepared in the kitchen of Aid For Friends during the organization’s 32-year tenure. Those meals have been distributed to AFF clients, but most dinners are made in the home kitchens of thousands of volunteers in the Philadelphia area.

A photo caption in the Feb. 15 edition implied that Priscilla Wharton, an interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program at the Rush Middle School, was part of a dance company performing for students. ••
