Two local actors
are coming into your homes

Joseph Halsey, an actor who lives in Castor Gardens, will appear in Friday night’s episode of Law & Order.
Halsey will play a police officer in an episode titled Church on the long-running crime drama. In the beginning of the program, he’ll be shown guarding the body of a young gay man who dies of a gunshot wound in his apartment.
Initially, it appears the man committed suicide. Detectives arriving on the scene begin an investigation.
The hour-long program airs at 10 p.m. on NBC 10.
For the last three years, Halsey has had recurring roles as a police officer on Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU and the CBS soap opera Guiding Light.
Meanwhile, an 11-year-old Pine Valley girl was seen in Tuesday night’s episode of Law & Order: SVU. It was titled Loophole.
Alana Hibbs played a foster child who is contaminated by a chemical in an apartment building.
Alana, who has Down syndrome, is a student at Our Lady of Confidence Day School in Willow Grove.
She has done print and runway modeling work and appeared in the Disney movie National Treasure. She also acted in an education video series for individuals with disabilities.
The youngster’s other interests include ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop dancing, gymnastics, swimming and skiing. And she’s a cheerleader for St. Albert the Great School. ••
